About Me

From Wall Street to the therapy room: a relational approach to deep change

Before becoming a therapist, I spent the first chapter of my career working on Wall Street. I know firsthand the culture of relentless execution, the golden handcuffs, and the specific anxiety of balancing an ambitious career with a meaningful personal life.

I chose to pivot into clinical social work because I wanted to help high-functioning people navigate those exact pressure cookers from a place of deep, human connection. Today, I bring that real-world understanding of systemic pressure into my clinical practice.

For the past six-plus years, I have practiced as an LCSW, helping hundreds of individuals move from chronic burnout and disorienting transitions into a state of grounded stability.

While I draw from a diverse mix of therapeutic modalities tailored to your specific goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic concepts, and mindfulness, my practice is rooted primarily in relational therapy.

What does that mean for you? It means I believe healing and growth happen through connection. Our therapeutic alliance won't be a cold, sterile doctor-patient dynamic. It will be an active, secure, and authentic partnership where you can safely experiment with new ways of relating to yourself, your boundaries, and the world around you.
